ELTRP are providing a free training session aimed at Community Housing Officers and members of Tenants and Residents Groups. This training session is for you if you want to improve working partnerships and learn how we can work towards achieving positive change in communities across East Lothian. Tenants and Residents Group are key organisations that contribute towards the Councils aim of developing strong and vibrant communities. Community Housing Officers are vital partners in this process. This training session will provide all delegates with the opportunity to learn from each other in an informal, relaxed and fun environment! What are the links we need to develop? How can Housing Officers and Tenants and Residents Groups support each other? What can we do to overcome the barriers that hinder the steps to success in positive tenant participation? Tenant participation is an ongoing process and everybody involved needs to work together to ensure that we understand each and share information to create success.
