TENANT SCRUTINY ACTIVITY - PRE-TENANCY PROJECT
The Tenant Scrutiny Group have agreed with East Lothian Council to carry out a scrutiny activity looking at Pre-tenancy. The Group feel that this will give a tenant’s perspective on the process and information provided to tenants at the time of sign-up and receiving the keys to their new home.

Would you be interested in getting involved in this scrutiny activity?
Involvement would include looking through the information that a tenant receives in the sign up pack and job-shadowing by sitting in on an interview between new tenants and the local housing officer.
Training and support would be available throughout the process.
